Starving in Planet Crafter with my Bro

My brother and I have played a ton of PowerWash Simulator. In fact, we've finished all but two DLC levels (the last two jobs in the much maligned Warhammer DLC). So with that almost done, I wanted to find us a new game to play together.

Enter stage left, Planet Crafter

Now Planet Crafter is a game I've already finished. In fact, I only bought it this year on a friend's recommendation and it turned out to be my not-released-in-2025 Game of the Year!

So I thought I'd be able to teach my brother how to get going, and we could terraform the planet together.

What went wrong?

Hahaha, well, we spent so much time just chatting while I showed him the ropes, that we ate all the space food long before we could build a food grower. Yeeeahhhhh.... I suppose if you're stranded on an alien planet with a limited amount of food, you should probably take the survival thing seriously, lol!

We ended up running around the map, desperately looking for blue crates with space food in them until we both blacked out and died, repeatedly.

The new plan

We only play together twice a month, so next time we're going to restart and put all our learned experience to good use - boost oxygen and build food growers asap. No doubt, I'll post updates in the future, so you can follow our progress!
